This year’s Spring recreation was held on April 20 (Sat.) in Fushimi. It was held jointly with Quantum Condensed Matter Group of Kyoto University, and about 20 people attended.
After meeting at Inaribashi before noon, we headed to Fushimi Inari shrine.
After climbing to Yotsutsuji and eating lunch, we split up into two groups: those aiming for the summit of Mt. Inari and those returning down to enjoy the walk.
On the way back from the summit, we took a short break for ice cream.
Visit the Gekkeikan Okura Sake Museum to see the history of local sake brewing.

Although the timetable for the spring recreation was not exactly set, it was a good day for everyone to enjoy themselves in their own unique ways. It was also a good opportunity to get to know the new members of our laboratory and the members of the Quantum Condensed Matter Group. We are looking forward to the autumn recreation.
