RESEARCH

Topological insulators and superconductors are characterized by the bulk topological indices and gapless excitations at their boundary. I have been working on the transport properties of the surface states, such as Anderson localization and the quantum anomalous Hall effect. In this project "Topological Quantum Phenomena in Condensed Matter with Broken Symmetries", I pursue novel electromagnetic and thermal responses of topological insulators and superconductors.
