これまでの研究

二次元系における量子輸送現象、特に半導体ヘテロ構造と超伝導体との接合の研究に取り組んでいます。

本領域での研究

本プロジェクトでは、超伝導体に量子構造や磁性体を組み合わせた接合に生じる、トポロジカル超伝導やスピン三重項超伝導といった新規超伝導現象の探索を行います。
