RESEARCH

I've studied superconductivity in systems without translational symmetry, in particular, superconducting junctions. I'm also interested in spin related phenomena in superconducting systems, such as proximity effect in ferromagnet/superconductor junctions. My recent main interest is topological insulator.

In this project, I will investigate spintronics effects in ferromagnet/superconductor junctions. In particular, I will pursue novel coupling between spin, charge and phase degrees of freedom in triplet superconductivity induced in the ferromagnet. I also would like to study topological insulators/superconductors. My goal is to deepen the understanding of topological phenomena.
