RESEARCH

As a graduate student, I started my research on continuous measurement of photon number. Later on, my interest shifted to mesoscopic physics, multi-dimensional tunneling, and Bose-Einstein condensation of atomic gases. Very recently, I have started investigation on the foundation of statistical mechanics.

I will do my research on theory of quantum gases, in particular, topological excitations that are unique to systems with internal degrees of freedom.
