RESEARCH
I have intensively studied thin films growth of oxides, topological insulators, and its heterostructures. By collaborating with RIKEN CEMS group, we have achieved high quality (BiSb)2Te3 thin films grown by molecular-beam epitaxy. Quantum Hall effect in (BiSb)2Te3 and quantum anomalous Hall effect in Cr-doped (BiSb)2Te3 have been observed by the application of electric-field via MIS-FET structure. In this project, we would like to focus on exploration of novel physical phenomena in Bi2Se3-based heterostructures with doping various kinds of impurities. Toward the specific objective, we plan to perform effective collaboration with high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy and thin films growth technique.EDUCATION
