RESEARCH

My study aims to clarify a variety of topological superconducting states caused by unconventional Cooper pairs in strongly correlated electron systems. Combining microscopic and phenomenological theories of unconventional superconductivity with classification of topological phases, I will develop a theory of topological superconductivity in strongly correlated electron systems, such as transition metal oxides, oxide interfaces, and heavy fermions. Another goal of this project is to identify topologically nontrivial phases protected by nonsymmorphic crystal symmetry.
