RESEARCH

My group at NTT Basic Research Laboratories study quantum transport in two-dimensional systems in semiconductor heterostructures and nanostructures based on them. My research themes in this project include topological phenomena in GaAs/AlGaAs fractional quantum Hall systems and InAs/GaSb quantum spin Hall systems.
